"Mooie locatie, prima kamer. Tikkeltje muffig in de hal, maar de kamer was mooi en schoon"

Locatie, mooie kamer.

We hebben geen personeel gezien. In de hal naar boven hangt een muffin geurtje. Stroom klapte eruit rond 2300uur, waardoor we zelf in de meterkast naar de aardlek gingen zoeken en dit gelukkig konden oplossen. Restaurant beneden was namelijk al dicht.

"Fijne plek, centraal gelegen, nette kamers"

Een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Nette kamers en redelijk centraal gelegen in Bloemendaal.

Sommige dingen zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Zo was de vloer erg beschadigd en was het balkon gevaarlijk terrein omdat het nog moest worden gerenoveerd. Het uitchecken via de app verliep niet soepel waardoor we alsnog fysiek moesten uitchecken bij de receptie van het andere hotel.

Ontbijt was prima.

Het personeel van het hotel. Althans de gene die ons naar de kamer verwees. De dame legden niks uit wees alleen welke deur, trap, lift en waar je laat naar binnen kan als het restaurant gesloten was. Niet vriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerde.
