"The hotel looks great on the brochure but is probably the worst experience I have ever had"

There was no breakfast. The hotel had no restaurant

I had to phone an emergency number to get someone to open the front door of the hotel and give me access to my room. At no point did any staff member contact me . I tried to find breakfast and there was none.

"Superb"

Location is great as well as the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The restaurant is very nice. Menu is excellent as well as the food.

"Clean, self service accomodation with good street parking."

This hotel is a set of rooms above a restaurant. Check in location is about one block away on foot. So there is no desk staff where you are going to be sleeping. There is a strange elevator to use for getting your luggage upstairs on your own.

"Very good"

Reception staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. As we left at 7.30am on Sunday, it was odd there were no instructions about checking out and reception was not open. A discount at the restaurant below the hotel would have been nice.
