"okay but there are better rooms."

noise from the restaurant . we were in room 7 and on both Sunday and Monday nights it went on until late.

"Exceptional"

Easy check-in; bikes available to get us to the beach. Reception looked after our group to help with our evening which helped us with a great night. Really comfortable room and enjoyed the quality bed clothes. Restaurant downstairs provided for a great evening meal and breakfast.

Bike booking system was a little tricky to get to work. No issues other than that.
