Old furniture, broken toilette (no flush, had to flush manually), old soaked bathroom doors

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The location was great

I had to ask to change room because of the smell of smoking. A lovely guy from reception did his best. The second room the window was opened and an air freshener sprayed. It still smelled awful of nicotine. The smell of cigarettes was overpowering. It was grubby, the net curtains were dark because of pollution and nicotine. It’s worn, tired, grubby and with burns in the carpet and no lugs beside the bed for your phone. I didn’t have breakfast.

Central Plaza, as it's name implies is very central and within easy reach of the major locations of interest. The trams are outside the.front door.and the metro 15 minutes away at a well known location near the Saint Sofia.statue. Trams run regularly while the metro is superior. Of particular.intetest were the true traditional Bulgarian restaurants. The airport was within a 30.mimute ride.

The location was great! You are in the center of the city. The breakfast was really good and tasty. The stuff was helpful.

Location and friendly staff

The property is old and needs serious refurbishments and also to pay more attention to cleaning/ housekeeping (one of the rooms had a very dirty bathroom, especially the toilet, the carpet needs serious cleaning in all rooms, old and “tired” furniture etc.)
