Sehr schöne Anlage, toller Pool, sehr ruhig, super Lage, nahe am Meer

Küche sehr klein und sehr einfach ausgestattet, alter Wasserkocher, Schrank und Kühlschrank, Frühstücksservice etwas chaotisch, knappe Frühstückszeiten, Roomservice unvollständig und unregelmäßig, teure Parkgebühren

Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie is zeer aan te bevelen.

Helaas geen uitzicht vanuit het appartement. Ik moest 200€ borg betalen. Dat lukte niet bij de balie. Ik ontving een mail waarbij ik geheime codes van mijn pas moest invullen. Dat heb ik niet gedaan. Uiteindelijk geen borg betaald. Dat was bij het uitchecken gelukkig geen probleem. De extra kosten zoals parkeergeld en toeristen belasting lukte wel, in één keer met dezelfde pas, bij de balie. Parkeren 16€ per dag is ook wel wat aan de hoge kant. Er zijn echter onvoldoende parkeerplekken voor alle gasten.

Pool, breakfast options, decor, size of room, style

Customer service was below the level you would expect from a four star hotel. About fifteen minutes after arriving at the hotel after a long journey from the UK, a member of staff unceremoniously hurried me and my family out of the jacuzzi - there was no sign on the jacuzzi to say you had to pay for it and we had just seen another family in there, they had left the jacuzzi free and we had no idea it was normally locked. We were not yet aware of the rules and the person who handled this was quite rude and made us feel embarrassed. The lady who was running breakfast and reception at the same time needed more help as she had so much to do. Breakfast seemed a little chaotic as a result. There was not enough space to spread out the breakfast items and it was confusing. Also in the rooms we only had about two to three hangers each. There was only one swim towel in the room for four people. The housekeeping team lost their keys. And then, finally, after we left, we had a phone call asking us if we had used two coffee capsules in the room because there were two missing. We had already been asked about whether we had used any items from the minibar etc at reception when checking out. Generally it seemed as if the hotel staff had perhaps been abandoned by the manager. We also tried to book a massage, raising it a couple of times with the staff but they were unable to help. Having said this the hotel is in such a nice location and has a good ambiance and comfortable rooms.

De micro détails a améliorer par rapport au standing 4*souhaité pour un sans faute : - Un suivi des demandes entre équipe jour et équipe soir (pour éviter de demander plusieurs fois une information) - Un petit déjeuner un peu plus fourni côté salé pour le prix - Un sèche cheveux plus haut de gamme serait appréciable et des chaussons de bain - Haut-vent ou équivalent pour profiter de la terrasse en cas de soleil ou pluie

L’emplacement, et le personnel agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Trop bruyant. Les familles anglaises pensaient que la piscine leur était privative. Beaucoup trop de nuisance sonore globalement. Jamais nous n’avons été au calme. Par ailleurs les enfants dormaient sous les toits, très étroit (notre fils s’est cogné 3 fois la tête) mais surtout sans aucune aération: une étuve.

Nous venons quelques jours tous les ans et nous ne sommes jamais déçu ! Cet hôtel est vraiment génial et si paisible. 😌

Certaines familles ne sont pas très respectueuses en vers les autres en terme de bruit et c’est dommage mais ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel loin de là.
