ITNiente. La struttura è indicata con boutique hotel 4 stelle, ma me vale due. È necessario rivedere la categoria. È una struttura senza servizi e con personale non all'altezza.Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente spiacevole. Abbiamo prenotato per due notti 15 e 16 agosto due loft per due famiglie con 2 e tre bambini e abbiamo pagato più di 800 euro a famiglia senza colazione. Vergognoso e immorale per la struttura semplice e senza servizi.
All'arrivo c'erano oltre 40 gradi. Niente aria condizionata né nelle parti comuni né nelle camere I letti dei bambini erano sul un soppalco in cui non circolava aria Era impossibile dormirci. Abbiamo chiesto due ventilatori e non li avevano. Le receptionist non parlavano inglese e quando abbiamo chiesto se ci fossero altre stanze con aria condizionata e ci siamo lamentati delle mancanze della struttura, non ci hanno ascoltato e hanno fatto passare avanti altri ospiti per il check-in. Il loft ha una cucina priva di fornello per cui è impossibile cucinare. La piscina è una pozza. La jacuzzi era rotta. Non funzionava niente. Alle 18 la nostra camera era ancora da rifare. Durante il soggiorno nessuno ci ha richiesto se avevamo bisogno di qualche cosa. La struttura andrebbe declassata

Too expensive - not good value for money. Pool is smaller than it looks in photos. We had teenagers with us so it didn’t suite them. Good for younger kids though. Location is a bit too far out of the way. Long walk to only a couple of restaurants nearby. Room had no air con so was very hot in august.
