"Good"

If you like an oldy worldly area, this is the place. Nice countryside views.

Although the room is clean, there was a musty smell coming, not sure if this is from the old carpets or the wall. Good thing we have brought a room spray with us and had to air out the room all day.

"Nice location, poorly managed."

Nice location put in the country down a private drive

There was a wedding on so we were unable to dine there. Had we been informed of this beforehand we would have cancelled. We could not cancel as it was prepaid via Booking.com No toiletries in the room (except a bar of soap) had to ask for toiletries from reception. This is not helpful if you are already in the shower. Would be good if reception informed you of this at check-in. Very small TV in room

"Comfortable stay in lovely grounds."

Garden was nice and the breakfast on the day’s when it was served was good. Lovely man on reception called Luke.All staff apart from the manager were really nice. It was a quiet and peaceful location.

Location a bit of distance to town. Car park a bit tight. Manager Paul not friendly only to people who are either having a wedding there or people he knew. Never experienced that before!
