Very clean. Handsome look to the place. Modern bathroom and nice shower. The staff were very accommodating. They did their best when I asked for additional heating.

The room was rather cold. There was just one little radiator for a fairly big room. There was also a small oil filled radiator which did little. I asked for an additional heater which was given to me and that heated the room up. However the heating went off at 10pm so I was still feeling a bit chilly. The next night, the heater that had been given to me stopped working. It was too late to make anything of it so I got into bed to keep warm.

This was booked for our WW2 Veterans attending a show for us 3miles away, to give them some comfort above the Premier Inn. Our guests (4) had nothing but a shambles of an experience from entry, reception, food, people running around corridors 1am to 2am and a poor breakfast well what else should I say....

The whole experience shocking.
