Regency Kanchipuram by GRT Hotels

We had an amazing stay at Regency Kanchipuram . Hotel is very close to several attractions and especially the staff is amazing and they guided us have an excellent Darshan at Amman temple . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place and we will be coming back again to spend a week to visit other places here

Ein relativ gutes Standardhotel im Zentrum der Stadt, Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer durchschnittlich, aber mit allem, was man benötigt; einladender Speisesaal, bemühter Service.

Die Zimmer wirken verlebt und mit wenig Begeisterung gepflegt. Kaum Schallschutz - vorne die laute Hauptstraße, hinten ein brummender Generator, hellhöriger Flur (man hört jeden Gast). Der Speisesaal ist nett eingerichtet, aber stets völlig unterkühlt, das Dinner-Angebot akzeptabel, das Frühstücksangebot für nicht indische Gäste kaum vorhanden. Für die Qualität des Hotels ein völlig überzogener Preis!!

The cleanliness and high service standard

The approach inside is very much congested. The main road is one way and reaching the hotel is getting difficult

Location is excellent, situated right in the middle of the market place. Very convenient distance from the important temples. The hotel is heavily booked so an advanced booking is advisable. The rooms are a little small so its better to book a suite. It's a little on the expensive side. Not many food options for vegetarians though the breakfast buffet is very decent. Hygiene and amenities are otherwise good. Its a fairly quiet place and the staff is courteous and helpful.
