Perfect place to stay peace and tranquility and perfect location close to obidos. A car is a must though. Staff very friendly and apartment very clean. Breakfast was lovely a great selection

Lovely, feels like being at home. Lovely pool but weather too cold to use it when we were there. Room very nice, clean and spacious. Shampoo and shower gel and bottle of water on first night but not replenished for further nights however shampoo and shower gel given by reception each time we asked. Breakfast of cold meats, cheese, Bread, cereal and fruit. If you want the 'eat like us' you need to book it the previous day, shuttle also has to be booked well in advance. There is no restaurant. A car is necessary or otherwise you need to take taxis. Obidos is a beautiful village and had a few nice resturants. Sao Martinho do Porto us about 15 mins drive away and is a nice place to see the sunset over dinner. Staff are great. Very much a feel at home place to stay, very comfortable.

The hotel is one of the loveliest we've stayed in during our many trips to Europe. The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were very well appointed, the bathroom was modern and very large. Breakfast was as much as anyone could ask for....the entire experience was just wonderful! The staff went out of their way to help us find the hotel in the pouring rain at night...staying with us and directing us on the phone until we arrived.

We stayed for 2 nights. Great location near the city. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are basic but very comfortable and spacious.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The only draw back ( if it is at all) is that it is about a 10 minute drive to the castle village. Hotel is in the countryside and very quiet. They provided a good and generous breakfast with lots to choose from. Would definitely stay there again. Obidos castle town is just lovely. March/ April is a good time to visit as the crowds are manageable.
