Location was amazing and the view incredible. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for you. Views from our room and the restaurant were fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend the duplex room if you have mobility issues as the stairs to the bed and bath would be tricky.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived at this hotel with a fully paid and confirmed reservation, only to be told at check-in that the hotel was supposedly fully booked and could not accommodate us. After a long and exhausting journey, being informed that we might not have a place to stay despite having already paid was beyond stressful. The manager’s attitude made the situation even worse. Rather than taking responsibility or showing any empathy, he repeatedly claimed there was nothing he could do. We were also told that the hotel had tried to contact us in advance, which seemed highly questionable since our booking was made through a third-party platform and they did not have our direct contact details. My travel companion, who speaks fluent English, made every effort to communicate calmly and find a solution. Unfortunately, we were met with indifference, dismissive responses, and a complete lack of customer care. We were left waiting unnecessarily, treated as though the problem was ours rather than the hotel’s. As two women traveling alone, the uncertainty and stress caused by this situation were completely unacceptable. The most troubling part is that after a prolonged dispute and after firmly insisting on our rights as paying guests, a room suddenly became available. This raises serious questions about the accuracy of the information we were initially given and the way this situation was handled. No guest should ever have to argue, defend their reservation, or fight for a room that has already been paid for and confirmed. A reservation is a contract, and customers deserve to be treated with honesty, professionalism, and respect. This experience was disappointing, stressful, and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking here.

Very friendly Team. Beautiful Hotel with great decor. Honesty Bar with a fabulous Veranda. Safe, underground parking. A complimentary bottle of Port in your room. We loved the Hotel!

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Lisbon - in a great location and within walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and bars (but remember, it's Lisbon - you'll be climbing up and down hills!). There is a nice little restaurant on site, with a patio overlooking the city and the river. Food was delicious. What will strike you most is the staff - SO VERY accommodating and helpful :) Rooms were spacious (with daily water and coffee included) and included a small sitting area and plenty of storage space. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay.

The staff were amazing! They took care of everything for us and made our stay so relaxing when we were at the hotel. The small restaurant had really good food and a great view over the city and river! Would stay here again.

An overall wonderful staff - the staff in particular were extremely attentive, helpful, and always available. The outdoor dining room was comfortable and offered a great view of the city and the river. Food and drink options were varied and delicious. The breakfast buffet, while not as extensive as some larger hotels, was more than adequate - breads, cheeses, fruit, cereal, etc.

Early morning breakfast on the patio was a bit chilly - leaving blankets on the chairs for guests would help.
