"I would not recommend this place at all…"

This place is a scam. The listing states that it includes a private bathroom, which is completely false, you actually have to share it with other guests. The temperature was around 40°C, and it's unbelievable that the property doesn't have air conditioning. The room was absolutely unbearable, making it impossible to stay comfortably. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

"Excelente estancia en un entorno muy tranquilo"

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la tranquilidad del entorno durante la noche. Apenas se oye ningún ruido del exterior, ni tráfico ni otras molestias, lo que permite descansar muy bien.

La verdad es que todo me ha gustado durante mi estancia. Como sugerencia de mejora, recomendaría colocar algunos carteles en los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones y en las zonas comunes recordando la importancia de mantener el silencio y el respeto hacia los demás huéspedes. En algunos momentos se escuchaban personas corriendo o hablando en voz alta, por lo que un recordatorio visible podría ayudar a crear un ambiente más tranquilo y agradable para todos.

"Calidad-Precio y ubicación excelentes!!"

La localización, lo limpio que estaba todo y el personal muy amable. Es un hostal, no hay que olvidarse, pero tenía de todo y lo que no, se los pedías y te lo daban.

Algún colgador más para las toallas (alguno detrás de la puerta del baño?). Vamos, por poner algo y a modo constructivo.

"Gut, wenn man nur etwas Einfaches im einem sympathischen Quartier sucht."

Die tolle Lage (in der Nähe vom Metro "Gran Via", sowie Metro "Tribunal") die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Informationen beim Check in, die Klimaanlage, das Früh Check in, saubere Handtücher set, sauberes Bett...

Solche angepasste Wohnungen wurden nett dekoriert, aber sie haben hellhörige Wände. Es gibt veraltetes Mobiliar, kaputte Kachel im Badezimmer, Türklinge war locker, usw. Was ich persönlich als Sicherheitsrisiko Faktor finde, sind de Verlängerungskabel hinter dem Kopfkissen auf Matratze Höhe (es gibt kein Bett Kopf), je nach Stand des Geräts, die man stecken könnte, würde ein Kurzschluss gleich die Kopfkissen in Flammen stecken... Bei der Reinigung wird den Boden, und Abflüsse nicht gereinigt. Das liess mir vorsichtig beim Duschen werden.

la habitación cómoda, el baño tenía lo necesario y buena ducha. El colchón confortable. Entrega de llaves al llegar hace a la comodidad de tener absoluta independencia.
