Un emplacement au top !

C’est un détail , je venais voir ma fille àMadrid . Elle est venue à l’hôtel pour récupérer des cadeaux que je lui avais ramené de France . La personne de l’accueil du soir n’a absolument pas voulu qu’elle rentre dans l’hôtel ! Et ça n’a pas été dit de façon très sympathique. Je précise que les personnels de jour sont charmants et souriants .

Todos los señores que nos atendieron en recepción eran muy amables. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la tele tenía plataformas para poder ver alguna serie

No tenia enchufe cerca de la cama. Tenía que dejar cargando todo lejos. En la puerta del baño

"Exceptional"

The room was exceptionally clean, they are cleaning the bathroom and changing the sheets and towels every day. The bed was comfortable. The location is exceptional. The hostal is very secure, as they do not allow anyone who's not staying there to enter. Suprinsingly there was no noise, although is it in the very city center and the building is old, so I was expecting the walls to be thin, but I had no issue. All in all, I would for sure come here again 😊
