Everything about the property was beautiful and location and facilities were great. Some staff were rude

Had a bad experience with some of the front of house staff at check in they really acted like we were annoying and an inconvenience. All other staff were great including the breakfast staff. Really tried to avoid talking to the front of house staff at the desk as they were really quite rude.

Really good hotel to stay, value for money. Also, it's really close to all attractions (Mona sapa, Cat cat village, Alpine coast)

"Very Bad Hotel deceiving!!!! Do not stay here!!!"

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Pictures are taken from on location in hotel shows the rooms nice BUT it is a noisy place you cannot have a good sleep Very dirty found a glasses that shows they never cleaned the room Work is happening at 7 am very loud Rooms are not clean at all and leakages in toilets Restaurant closes at 9 pm we arrived no food for kids even Very bad customer service including manager and whole team We had to leave the hotel and rent somewhere else because it is a scam!! Pictures online are deceiving Lots of rules not published online!! Balcony is half a meter only !! Scammmm!!!
