It’s on the Main Street, a lot of noise. Trucks, construction and cars. Very very noisy.

"The incredible mountain views"

Bed was comfortable - we asked for additional pillows and the hotel was prompt in supplying them. The views from our room were amazing. The bathroom was great and clean. Breakfast was good. We used both the indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is not heated and we swam with 20 degrees outside temperature - it was so worth it - being in the pool overlooking the magestic mountains. A small suggestion wpuld be if the hotel could consider installing handrails for people with limited moblity to enter the pool safely.

This hotel is like a very good 4 star not a 5 star as promoted by this booking site. That being said we had a pleasant stay. The Grand mountain view room we booked doesnt have the best views. But the horel team were most accomodating and changed our room with a better view of the mountains.

"Very old hotel - avoid!!"

This is a big scam and nothing but 5 star hotel as they claim! The rooms that you see on the website / booking / agoda are very far from reality. The corridors of the hotel look like a hospital that has not been maintained for years. We booked for 3 nights but after arriving immediately decided to cancel the remaining nights. The hotel staff was rude, especially manager Kenny. I tried to cancel via Agoda but the hotel refused to confirm the cancellation. There are room without the windows or windows facing the wall of some trash. Sink doesnt work and everything is VERY old. There is no food after 9pm. Just avoid this hotel if you dont want to ruin your holiday!
