The most terrible experience in my life

Hotel el Pozo was absolutely dishonest, they charged for a room that we didn’t have. When we booked paying on line, the internet was cut and I thought paiement wasn’t done. I redo the process of paiement. When I saw in my bank account that it was 2 paiements, I reported to them they said they will cancel the room… they never did and play the fool… very disappointing!!!

I’m Spanish and speak Spanish I am sorry for foreigners who are gotten scammed by dishonesty like what happened with me in hôtel el Pozo

Jammer geen verse handdoeken en geen opgemaakte bedden

Ubicación excelente, pleno centro de Torremolinos, zona de bares, pubs, etc. Me gusto mucho el trato y que acepten mascota. Habitación bastante amplia. El personal de recepción excelente.

Quizás al tener mi habitación balcón al patio interior, como es de esperar ruido desde la mañana y si estás durmiento, pues mejor ponerse tapones. También se oía el ruido de la cafetería del bar, ya que m habitación era de la planta baja, la misma de recepción y cafetería. Pero solo eso, el ruido, por la noche, en hora de descanso, obviamente no, pero en la mañana si.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at with friendly staff and great value for money

The bedrooms a little bit dated,and lacking drawers by the bedside
