Della struttura si salva solo la posizione centrale.

Ho trovato una stanza minuscola com due letti singoli a dir poco scomodi. Le tende erano lunghe poco più di 1.50 mt e non riuscivano a garantire nemmeno un minino di ombra (non dico buio assoluto) nella stanza, con la conseguenza che con le prime luci dell'alba ci svegliavamo. La stanza, poi, era accanto all'ascensore quindi si siamo sorbiti tutte le voci e rumori dovuti dal via vai delle persone. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Abbiamo segnalato, è venuto un membro dello staff ad aggiustare ma non ha risolto nulla. Avevo una prenotazione per 4 notti, dopo la prima ho fatto check out (senza alcun rimborso, ovviamente) e preso un altro albergo.

Powierzchnia wspólna, basen oraz patio.

Za wysoko zrobione łóżka piętrowe. Nawet dziecko 155cm uderzało głową w sufit przy wstawaniu. Łóżka pod spodem miały dużo miejsca nad głową, więc te łóżka powyżej spokojnie można było zrobić niżej.

Come and go when you need. Very supportive staff, good clean accommodations close to city center and metro. Loved it.

Wish they had womens and men's bathrooms but was okay

Beds have privacy, balcony is really good, common spaces big and warm.

Not clean, showers/toilets horrible, nothing to put your stuff when you shower.

Great location, good quality-price relation, and well-arranged bedrooms.

Great location, nice rooms, and good prices, but unfortunately the staff experience really let the stay down. Several members of staff were unfriendly and made simple things unnecessarily difficult for guests. One example was asking guests to leave positive social media reviews in exchange for keeping luggage for a few hours after check-out, which felt very inappropriate. I also asked one employee for help with an issue, and she was rude and unhelpful. Later, another staff member contradicted her and admitted she had been making decisions arbitrarily. Overall, the accommodation itself is good, but the customer service needs significant improvement.

It was a central location

The air conditioning could have been better. it was only 1 AC in a partitioned room with 6 beds and it would get really warm at night and they had blankets to take over yourself!

Great location and value for money.

I expected a typical hostel cleanliness, however, I had to give a lower score as the wallet outlet in my capsule didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phones overnight.
