The stuff is friendly .

It's very dirty . For this price Lissbon offers better places . The rooms are quite untidy . In the room of 6 there is no curtain or so( it's not expensive to put it ) Showers are ok but not clean Kitchen -disaster : many people want to cook there but there is no even smell utilizers. Dining space : tables and chairs are dirty. Lobby looks ok but when u want to sit in the sofa it would have some spots as well . No towels in the rooms.

The bed was comfortable and the lockers were large. Bring your own lock. The lobby common area downstairs has enough space for everyone. There is a small pool outside and a foosball table that costs 20 cents. Seems like having it free would be better. Nearby to the supermarket.

The showers were a bit cramped. The hallway lockers were messy. The frig was overcrowded.

The common areas, facilities, and overall atmosphere of the hostel are genuinely nice (which is why I initially extended my stay, though I ended up deeply regretting it due to the management and cleanliness issues).

Poor hygiene standards: The shared room and bathroom were not properly cleaned for three consecutive days. Food remains stayed on the floor, a drop of blood was left in the shower, and a shoe footprint stain in the bathroom was completely ignored. Lack of mopping: Someone spilled a drink in the bedroom, leaving the floor extremely sticky for days to the point where shoes literally stuck to it. Defensive and dismissive staff: When I raised the issue at reception, the staff completely deflected responsibility, blaming other guests' personal items instead of taking accountability or offering a solution. Severe administrative failure: I went as far as filing a formal written complaint regarding these issues and received absolutely zero feedback or acknowledgment from management. The total lack of response demonstrates a serious issue with the hostel's administration and an overall disregard for customer care. Overpriced for the quality: At €28/night, one expects basic daily sweeping, mopping, and professional communication, especially in a 6-bed shared room where hygiene should be a priority.

I do not think i have ever stayed at a dirtier place. The room, the corridor, the toilets, the kitchen it was really dirty and not maintained. I understand its a hostel but basic hygiene should be maintained.
