Friendly staffs

Our 1st day ( 16th July) in the hotel was horrible, was given a room facing the back, it had a musty smell then we were moved to another room that had a dysfunctional shower, we got dredged in water. Really bad experience

"Neptune resort is a must go holiday destination"

Well maintained, full of vibrant nice employees to mention a few Caleb Riri at reception,Tobias and Nour at the bar. Basically All employees were fabulous. The cleanliness top notch and food amazing. We would come back over and over again.

The builder's started work at 5am in the morning making lot of noises, i had to live the hotel one day earlier because of early morning noise very bad
