Neptune Beach Resort - All Inclusive

brilliant staff,very friendly..benson,gibson,elieas...violin...to name just a few...management excellent. this was my 2nd time at this hotel and it failed to disappoint me once again,even if I went in the winter season this time...entertainment staff were excellent. I would like to thank ALL the staff at this hotel for making our holiday memorable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mombasa. BRILLIANT.

Wir haben wunderbare Tage im April im Neptun Hotel verbracht. Beim Buffet war immer was für uns dabei. Es gab 2x die Woche Themenabend, mal suaheli, mal afrikanisch... so konnte man auch die lokale Küche mal probieren. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Überrascht waten wir dass sie alle so gut Deutsch sprachen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ganz klare Empfehlung!!!

A great resort for its price. The staff and food were good. The alcohol was good, but the drinks included in the inclusive package provide limited options.

Rundown hotel with small garden. Beach is dirty and full of beach boys. I choose this hotel beckouse its close to the airport. I 1 night is inough. staff are great. I had 2 nights att Neptun village on Diani beach and must say that it is huge differense betwen those 2.

WLAN ging nur ab und zu im Zimmer ( on - off) Essen hatte wenig Varianz Beach Boys extrem nervig- pro Gast ein Beach Boy, es war z.T. ein Spießrutenlaufen ins Meer zu kommen

Drinks good - except only one local beer available. Food excellent. Well cooked UK-style food with options of African, pasta and ready grilled. Oxtail - a local delicacy (not as a soup) - was excellent and recommended to UK patrons who are game to try new things obtainable "back home". Rooms are comfortable. The reef trip was very disappointing - where have all the brightly coloured fish gone since last time I snorkeled there? Also the long walk to the boat and back was an unexpected horror. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

hotel staff lovely they really make the hotel , nice beach food great some days ok on others a lot of liver etc which is not for me the catering staff are very talented and work fantastically well with what is available. All staff warm and welcoming rooms ok very clean, room staff do a great job.

Hotel overall is nice, clean and staff are friendly. Caters for an older crowd so not the liveliest place to stay. Food is good but after 2 days we welcomed the change, the all-inclusive alcohol is very poor but there is a bar selling branded alcohol.
