Anemon Grand Denizli Otel

This property is not as advertised and the reviews are out of date. Online refers to “5 star” and I’m not sure how. The AC doesn’t work throughout the entire building and when asked the response was “open your window”. To which we did to loud barking dogs all night across the street. Thermometer registered 31C in our room. The outdoor pool was completely green and unusable. The rooftop lounge wasn’t open. Non smoking rooms stunk of cigarettes and had ashtrays. It was hard to get service in the restaurant even for a bottle of wine. The list goes on. Hate to leave such a negative review but people should be aware. Would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Resepsiyondan başlarsak arkadaşlar çok ilgili çok memnun kaldım odaları geniş ferah iş için geldim bidaha gelişimde kalıcağım oteldir.Otelde yan odalardan 1 ses bile duymadım sanırım iyi bir yalıtım sistemli.Klimalar oldukça iyi çalışıyor.Kahvaltısıda gayet yeterli sucuk yumurta peynir zeytin çeşitleri omletler gibi gibi aradığınız herşey mevcut.Eksi yönlerine gelirsek yatak yanlarında vs aydınlatmalar var çalışma masasında var ama odanın tavanında bir aydınlatma yok o yuzden karanlık olıyor tüm ısıkları açsam bile ama otel konsepti bu şekilde tavana bi aydınlatma eklenebilir.Otopark ücretsiz aracınızı kapıya park edebiliyorsunuz bunuda eklemiş oluyim benim icin tek gözümdeki eksisi odaya yemek siparişi verdim ya kuver yada servis ücreti aldılar ben otel müşterisiyim benden almaları çok saçma ücretini zaten ödüyorum odamda yemek yicem yani senede 200 rezervasyondan fazla otel konaklaması yapıyorum malesefki tek üzücü noktası buydu

Otelin ,resepsiyon görevlileri muhteşemlerdi. Otelin çok üstünde hizmet veriyorlar. Ama özellikle oda servisi ve restaurant kısmı faciaydı. Girişte yaşadığım tüm Memnuniyeti alıp götürdüler. Bir daha konaklama yapmayı düşünmem.

Ödediğimiz parayı hak eden bir otel değil. Belki 3 yildiz olabilir.ama 5 yıldızı hak etmiyor.

Staff mostly unable to speak English, cheating with customers, air conditioning not working and telling you it will be fixed in 30'. Pool not monitored as staff hides to smoke and put music louders at top noise. In very clise proximity there is a disc o with extra loud music until midnight
