Konumu, fiyat ve müşteriye yaklaşım çok kötü

Her zamanki gibi iyiydi fakat arka tarafa bakan odalardan verildi . Bu odalar daha dar ve biraz sıkıntılı . On taraf odalar daha ferah

Küvetli oda rezerve etmeme rağmen aynı fiyata küvetsiz, alt sınıf bir adaya yerleştirildim. Odanın penceresi kapanmıyordu.Personel oldukça ilgiliydi. 5 yıldızlık bir otel değil bence

Not bad but still not a 5 stars hotel. We booked 2 rooms and in both rooms the showers were broken. Breakfast was good though with many options to choose from.

Staff are rude not clean place is not close to anything

We stayed for one night as we were on a road-trip. For a 5 star Hotel , Bad A/C , old rooms & furniture's and we had a better breakfast in 4 star hotels . Poor Sleep Quality , a lot of noise and sounds from the building facade and windows. It was 40 degree outside and the A/C is humid and not cooling, rural area nothing much can be done around. The hotel depending on tourist groups when i arrived at the counter for check in the receptionist looked at me and asked ........ What do you want ?!

Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht mit alten verranzten Möbelm ausgesttatet.Als ich das Personal darauf ansprach, dass das Zimmer nicht so aussieht wie Ich im Internet ausgesucht habe sagte man mir dass so ein Zimmer gar nicht existiert es war wohl nur Fotoshop! Dirsed Hotel verdient auf keinen Fall fünf Sterne! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!
