Fantastic holiday at Garden Life. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We were well looked after. Our suite was lovely, clean and spacious. Excellent location, a short walk to the beach. Already looking forward to going back next year.

"Avoid this hotel"

Just got back from a week of staying at this hotel …on arrival all seemed nice on entering reception area and area around it ..shown room which was basic and tierd looking bathroom stank of sewage balcony was very small and basically unsuitable for 2 people to sit out on chairs where dirty ..and worn out onto the food it was cold nothing was ever hot not much variety at all very unpleasant looking if you like salad for breakfast lunch and dinner you’re be fine barbecue area was so dirty very off putting went to eat whole time I was there …pool by barbecue area had a broken set of step ladder so you had to hoist yourself up not all bars open at certain times no entertainment was told it’s end of season so just music played no real food options for children and no ice cream’s would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would not return this is a honest review don’t waste you’re money .

"Best times as always!"

10.0

I just had a great week again with my friends at Bitez Garden Life. The staff as always are so friendly and helpful especially Cevdat the restaurant manager. The hotel is in an excellent location with the pretty Bitez Bay and its lovely seaside bars/restaurants within walking distance and for a short countryside walk Bitez village is also close by for its famous Ice Cream parlour. The hotel always has fresh and various tasty food available all day long and there is always a bar open! Thank you to all the staff for such a perfect holiday and see you all next year ❤️

"Honest review"

8.0

We had a great week in this hotel. Found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. It's good value for money. Food wasn't to our taste so we didn't eat in much but you could always find something and there are lovely restaurants around to get a nice meal. Drinks were good with a good variety. Rooms a bit dated and on the small side. Plenty of drawer storage but not alot of space to hang clothes. Grounds are very beautiful with mature gardens and trees. I could see it being a problem in peak months finding spaces by pool or of evening for food as we sometime struggled but hotel wasn't even full. We didn't go to the hotels beach as was always full buy plenty of other beach bars with free use of comfy sunbeds . Just need to purchase some food or drinks. Has a Turkish bath and first aid on site too with small shop selling essentials. All in all I would return as thought was good value and had a really good week. Thank you!

"Great Hotel Great Location"

10.0

Just back from another week at Bitez Garden Life and it is still as great as always…I have been going there over the past several years with a group of friends and we will definitely be booking again next year. The highlight of the hotel are the friendly staff and especially Cevdat the restaurant manager who remembers us and is always welcoming and helpful asking if he can help with arranging anything while we are there. The hotel is in a great location close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants along the beautiful beach front. There are 3 pools which are beautifully clean surrounded by lovely gardens and we never have a problem finding sun beds for all of us together. Rooms were cleaned everyday by our lovely friendly cleaner and were very well kept. Food is plentiful and there is something to eat at all times throughout the day with lots of varied dishes to try. Some of our group had messages with Iso in the hamman in the pool area which they thoroughly recommend

"Well worth a stay"

10.0

Just returned from another amazing stay and I couldn’t be more pleased. There’s a noticeably friendly vibe the moment you arrive – the atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and welcoming. Since my last visit, there have been some great improvements around the hotel which really enhance the overall experience – everything feels fresher and more thoughtfully maintained. They have also increased the choice in food throughout the day and evening One of the biggest highlights continues to be the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, always happy to assist with a smile, and genuinely made the stay more enjoyable, particularly Cevdat, the Restaurant Manager. A massage near the pool was brilliant and really helped with relaxation - would highly recommend Iso’s massage. The location is also unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, which is perfect for afternoons by the sea. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, both in the rooms and around the pool and I loved the garden-like setting surround the pool and accommodation with the trees and colourful flowers.

"Never again"

2.0

Hotel is lovely, rooms are ok I had a snack in my room and dropped a few crumbs took 2 days for it to be cleaned. staff are unsociable and very unhelpful especially towards individuals with a mobility issue, not disabled friendly. Food is absolutely shocking same stuff every day the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner had to eat out some nights. Entertainment that’s if you want to call it entertainment. Pool areas dirty and unclean steps broken on one side so not easy to get out. The beach well that’s if you call it that you have to walk 1/2 a mile from hotel and once full it’s like a tin of sardines, can’t get food unless you go else where and pay for it, you also have to pay for drink so really the hotel does not have a beach on its door step. We only stayed for 1 week and 1 week to long, we paid a lot of money for this week and not worth the money. We had a late flight and couldn’t get late check out said they were full but you could pay for a room online my advice is stay away

"Dissapointing but not the worst for a 3*"

6.0

Since our family came back a few weeks ago and we all had timeto put everything into perspective here are our takes on this hotel: - First the rooms. We thankfully didnt notice any mold or anything like that but the room upkeep could be better. I do understand that a deep clean after every client is not possible however I do believe that wiping down superficial areas should be done. The doors in our rooms seemed to be littered with some sticky droplets, maybe someone's spilled drink. Also we noticed that some ants made their way into our room. The water pressure nor temperature were constant. Sometimes the temp would go down (not freezing, but noticable) or up, same with pressure. The internet in the family rooms is not good, we had to go to the pool area to enjoy a stable connection. But there is a pro: most family rooms are pleced near the slide pool and a playground so thats great. - Food: it was... dissapointing. There is variety and the sweets are really good but everything else is either bland, or cold, or dry or a mix of all three. There is almost no choice for the kids, no fries in the main restaurant, only in the snackbar (we will circle back to that) and our 3 year old struggled with eating during our stay, she mostly stuch to rice and some veggies. Fruits were also limited whish was another suprise. The only meal we weren't struggling with was breaksfast, that was really well done. - Beach: it is small, cramped and often overflowing with "reserved" sunbeds. Also: we asked at the reception if there was anywhere we could get water from once we reach the beach and the receptionist assured us that there is and it does come with our all inclusive packagge. But once there we were told we had to pay. And look, it is okay for the hotel to not have a beach bar but I think the staff should be truthfull about it, we would have at least took some cash with us. Also there is no real indication that that beach is a hotel beach, no sign or anything. - Pool area: the sunbeds are cramped together. I will admit it is difficult to get one without "reservation" but that is not hotel's fault. Also the floors are not swiped regurarly and it shows. And look, I'm not talking about immediate pool area, I am talking about the bar that is at least 15 meters away and still have constantly wet floors. Also the speakers are loud and sitting down near the bar can be difficult. And a sign with slide open hours appeared around our 4th day. - Snack bar: during lunch there is a really long line and it suprised me that there are only 2 people working there. Sometimes it is even one guy and I think he is new cause his speed is... well... - Staff: overall we didn't expierience any hostility towards us BUT they speak very limited english. I get it, cleaning staff and maybe even bartenders don't need to speak a lot but we sometimes had trouble communicating at the reception where I think English is, like, essenstial? - there is a lot of cats but most of them are friendly or at least not outright hostile, except a new mother, but she was protecting her kittens so if anyone was stupid enough to come to close... -a pro is that there is a dolmush stop near the hotel. Over all our stay was not the worst but it could be better if staff and managment made a tiny bit more effort.

"Worst hotel we have EVER experienced!"

2.0

We stayed here for 1 week, arriving on 28th August. We were a family of 3 and for us this was a cheap(ish) last minute getaway so we were not expecting all the bells and whistles. We had read previous reviews and were aware that they were a mixed bag, especially relating to the food so our expectations were not set particularly high - we just wanted a week away in the sun! How wrong we were! If I could give this a rating of zero I would! This is by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in and I would urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. The resort of Bitez itself is lovely and our saving grace was walking down to the beach EVERY DAY and spending the day at the floating jetty (Sunset Bar & Restaurant) and spending in the region of £20-£30 daily on food and drink. If we had not been able to escape the hotel daily and get something edible we would definitely not have lasted the week. When we arrived the room itself was clean and fairly well kept but it was not as advertised and consisted of a small camp bed wedged in the corner of a small double room for our 10 year old daughter to sleep on. We like to sit out on the balcony in the evening but we didn’t have a private balcony either - it was shared with 2 other rooms which I found unusual. We made do as we were told that there were no other rooms available and on holiday how much time do you spend in your in your room? Around all of the 3 pools, all the sunbeds were crammed together and unless you got us at 7am to put towels on them, you would not have a sunbed. Further annoyance due to families “reserving” sun beds for the whole day but no one ever appearing until late afternoon. Large speakers blared Turkish music and the entertainer speaking every language apart from English from around midday until 11pm at night. There is no real entertainment for children apart from a foam party in the main pool which they did about 3 times per week while we were there. This consisted of them literally drenching the pool in foam to the point that parent were having to drag their children out because it was too dangerous. For us the worst part of the holiday was the food - by far the worst food we have ever experienced on holiday. None of us are fussy eaters and can usually always find something that we enjoy. This time that was not the case. Everything was luke warm with flies buzzing around, it was the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 7 days - absolutely tasteless and of the worst quality that you wouldn’t even feed to your dog! However, the Russians, Germans and Polish seemed to enjoy the food because if you did not get down to the restaurant areas about 30 mins before they opened, you would not get a table - no exaggeration, we spent 1 meal sat on sunloungers! And from about 15 mins before they opened queues around the whole pool area started to form - the only way I can describe it is “like feeding time at the zoo”! The day before checkout I enquired about a late checkout for our room as our pick up wasn’t until 7:30pm and was told this would cost 100 euros - we passed! They told me that we could store our belongings from midday and use the shower and changing rooms in the spa centre. So this is what we decided to do, however at around 5pm when we asked to use these facilities we were told the spa centre had no showers and we had to use the steam room and the bowl of water in there to wash with. It was at this point, after literally not complaining about anything all week that I lost it and demanded a room to shower and change in! After arguing for over half an hour and being told it was impossible, the staff member finally relented and took us to a room - very begrudgingly! We have honestly, never been so happy to get on the transfer coach and go home as we were on Thursday!

The elevator was clean and quick — no long waits during busy hours. That’s a detail I really appreciated.
