Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. You can really feel genuine hospitality here. Big thanks Nizzel, Chris, Erika, Sherwin. "Awesome Hotel with Tasty Breakfast"

Loved the hotel and the breakfast! The hotel was spacious and clean. The food during the breakfast tasted great! Special mention to the servers during our breakfast, Jake and Gino, who always took notice of what we needed and made sure we had a great experience!

"Excellent Service from Our Room Attendant, Vincent"

I stayed on the 10th floor and Vincent was the room attendant. He was very polite and kept our room exceptionally clean. He even noticed that I had used the coffee provided and thoughtfully added more. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

It was an excellent experience staying here in the Joy-Nostalg Hotel. Staffs are accommodating especially Sir Gino, Sir Jake and Ma'am Lory. Foods are delicious and pleasing. I enjoyed it.

"#small gesture"

The service was flawless, timely, polite, and attentive. Our server gino noticed I was feeling a bit under the weather and ask me if i was okay. It’s these small gestures that make a huge difference. The hotel is lucky to have him, such an amazing employee.
