Hotel staff is accomodating and housekeeping vince is very helful we will definitely go back. Our dog also enjoying his stay as the hotel is pet friendly can bring your furbabies.

Spending Christmas Eve at Joy Nostalg with the family has become our annual affair, and it never disappoints. The location is great, parking is more than enough, and the place always feels warm and familiar. The rooms are clean and big. Truly a tradition we cherish—definitely coming back again next year.

The ambiance and atmosphere is very suitable for formal and business gatherings, it's perfect for large groups but it still feels intimate. The staffs are very welcoming and they are all very attentive to our needs during our meal. Chef Nhyl and also Sheryl assisted us on the available food and recommended to us what to try. Would love to bring my family here next time! ☺️

My family and I had a truly memorable stay at Joy Nostalg Hotel and Suites from November 8th to the 10th, 2025. This hotel has always consistently furnished the most congenial, home-like atmosphere—a sense of comfort that we simply find unobtainable anywhere else. We especially value that the hotel shows such commendable inclusivity, exhibiting no prejudice against our beloved 'fur-babies,' treating them as genuine family members. The entire contingent of staff deserves our highest praise: from the Front Office team, including the attentive bellmen, to the Housekeeping crew (who swiftly addressed our immediate necessities), and the dedicated individuals supervising the Fitness Center—special shout-out to Sir Ben, Miss Jen, and every single employee there who vigilantly ensured our security, ultimate comfort, and desired relaxation. The hotel units are meticulously maintained, filled with all the requisite essentials, which made our stay entirely hassle-free by minor difficulties. The Fitness Center—the pool and gym areas—are maintained in a state of impeccable hygiene; they are demonstrably spotless and fresh-smelling. The pool's water is manifestly subject to rigorous monitoring for its temperature and sanitary integrity. Ultimately, this hotel is a rarity in the industry, providing services and amenities that are not readily procurable from other lodging establishments. More power to you!

The whole venue was nice to have a party on. The crews were very helpful and accommodated our request, esp Ryan and Alfie. Food and drinks are superb..
