"Spoiled trip..."

Staff never said a word to a woman screaming at her children at the breakfast area which ruined my day. Faulty toilet wobbling. The last time I stayed her a window crack was taped and it was making cracking noises from the wind. Its a nice hotel if they just fix certain issues like checking to make sure all things work properly before renting the room. Unruly guests need to be spoken to.
