מקום פשוט מושלם. נוף מושלם, חדרים מהממים, צוות אדיב ונעים. הרגיש כמו גן עדן אמיתי! נחזור שוב

ארוחת הבוקר מעולה ומפנקת. טעימה ומגוונת. החדרים יפים ומרווחים, המיטה מאוד נוחה. הצוות מקסים ומאוד לבבי.

אין מספיק מיטות שיזוף. הזרם במקלחת היה קצת חלש. הרגשנו שהרצפה בחדר לא מספיק נקייה. מסתבר שהספא עולה 25 יורו לשעתיים בלבד ל2 סאונות ובריכה עם מים פושרים! לא כולל ג'קוזי חם, אלא רק בחדר מיוחד שעולה 80 יורו לזוג. הם לא מציינים את זה בבוקינג, לא ניתן לתפוס את הספא כדי לשאול שאלות ואילו המלון מפנה לספא לשאלות... בנינו על הספא כדי להרגע ולהנות ויצאנו מאוכזבים.

This was our third time visiting. The entire experience is perfection- beautiful room, amazing food, gorgeous views, friendliest staff. Very easy to get to Rhodes town or farilaki.

Beste Sonnenliegen, es gibt laute und leise Zimmer - wir hatten ein leises. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Service echte 5 Sterne - phänomenal!

Essenqualität sowohl Frühstück als auch Mittagessen sehr viele Convenience Ware. Sogar die Pancakes. Nur 60 Liegen am Pool bei 600 Gäste

Really nice resort and spa. Room was really clean and was cleaned every day and water, teabags, towels etc were replenished. The pool man came early every morning with a net to take away any falling leaves. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent! Well done to the catering team. Food was delicious! Service throughout the hotel was very good. Haris, Tharenoula and Olga were excellent and extremely efficient. One young man stood out! Theodoris. This young guy had an excellent work ethic. Nothing was too much trouble and he works with his hand on his heart. I hope he goes far! Fabulous waiting on team. Spa and therapists were very good. You can use the spa and pool for 1 hour when you have a treatment which is very nice. I definitely would recommend the rooms with a small pool/plunge pool. Great for privacy when sunbathing and great for cooling off. We had a really lovely time and would definitely return.

Just 2 small things which is my opinion and not criticism. The spa sun loungers are great but the big birds do like to poop on them. 3 times we used the spa and every time there was poo on the loungers. I did tell the receptionist the first time and she did clean it but I do think they should be checked regularly. Also this is something that didn’t concern us as we used our own terrace to sunbathe but as I said, in my opinion even though there are plenty of sun loungers, guests should not be allowed to put their towels on loungers and then go to breakfast. Not good etiquette for a 5 star resort.
