The indoor private balcony pool is cold/doesn't have self heating pool.

The sharing pool room was absolutely worth it, waking up right by the water made the whole vacation feel extra relaxing and special. The breakfast was truly excellent, with a huge variety and high-quality products. A special thank you to Elisabeth from the restaurant team, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. And at the spa… I honestly felt like I landed in the hands of an angel. I highly recommend Stephanie for massages, she was incredible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful adults-only getaway in Rhodes

We were a bit disappointed that our request for two adjacent rooms was not accommodated, especially since we had requested it well in advance before arrival. The room facilities also did not fully match what we would expect from a 5-star hotel with such a high rating. A proper coffee machine in the room would have made a big difference, rather than just a kettle with instant coffee sachets. We also missed having a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which feels like a fairly standard feature in most 5-star hotels.

Leider wurden wir mit unseren Leihwagen beim Portier nicht in die Anlage hineingelassen! Mussten in einen vollbesetzten Shuttle Bus mit 4 Koffer einsteigen und wurden so zur Rezeption gebracht ! War nicht sehr angenehm

Beautiful property, well maintained. Very clean. Delicious food. Gorgeous views.

The shower in our room did not drain properly ,even after the maintenance staff tried to fix it.

Das es immer noch Damen und Herren gibt die ihre Handtücher auslegen und Liegen reservieren damit.

Belles prestations Personnel efficace, professionnel et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle Buffets variés et qualitatifs en demi pension. Belles piscines avec vue dégagée. Elles ne sont pas toutes chauffées mais nous avons comme même pu nous baigner. Si vous souhaitez du calme allez y les yeux fermés.

Hotel en hauteur ne pas être en difficulté pour se déplacer mais une navette vous permet de vous emmener, avec un chauffeur très sympa. La plage aménagée, en dehors de l'hôtel et non accèssible directement, n'est pas belle.. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du repas au restaurant suite à un manque d information, dommage
