The only issue we had was that the bathroom and suite door would not close completely. We were in room 107. I did not tell the staff, but I should have so that it could be fixed for the next person staying in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and pretty.

Clean and friendly. Has a little kitchen. The lady doing the breakfast you can tell works really hard and is very friendly. Not all the choices were for me but she is present to help and very friendly to deal with.

Before I got to the location they had told me it would be a 40 hold for incidental fee. Then I get there and they told me it’s gonna be 120 because I have to pay $40 per each day that I stay which I was not told then the lady goes on to tell me that I will receive the money back as soon as I check out now I called and they told me it’s going to be seven days but that I need to call my bank cause it’s their fault. This is bad business. It’s not that I didn’t have that money for them to hold. You should always be upfront about money you’re going to hold. The road is off to the side to get to here and hard to find.

Staff is not friendly. Despite having high room rates, they only service/clean rooms every other day. Breakfast is terrible. While eating several guests complained about how bad the food was. Most food was not properly heated or tasted awful.

"Good, but not great for the price"

Loved the location, size of the room, everything smelled clean

Asked for towels because ours had a strange dirty crust on most of them and the front desk said they couldn’t get anything to us until later in the day so I just didn’t shower. Breakfast was not great.
