Homewood Suites by Hilton Fayetteville

The TV in our first room when out. After a call to the front desk a very pleasant lady was at our door within two minutes. After a quick troubleshoot she said she would have to send main. Again within minutes someone else was there and decided the TV was fried. He said he would go to the front desk to see about another room. Our phone rang and the young lady apologized and said that there was another room available just down the hall. (We needed ground floor) All told we were comfortably settled into our new room within 15 mins of our original call to the front desk. The new room had a slightly different lay out than the first which was perfectly ok with us. And both rooms were spotlessly clean. Having been in a position of customer service for many years I often find such service lacking. But not here. Every on we dealt with did their jobs both courtesy and effectively. I will definitely be recommending the facility at any opportunity.

Everything was perfect!!!

Hotel has recently been updated and looks great. Good location. Room was very clean. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. I have stayed here several times and really like this hotel. However, this time I slept horribly both nights because I kept waking up really hot with thermostat on 73 degrees…would get up and turn it down to 70, the room would cool down—only to wake up 45 minutes later burning up again with thermostat back up to 73…over and over and over both nights. I understand trying to save energy, but guests shouldn’t have to get up all during the night to adjust the thermostat. I gave it 4/5 because everything else was great, but not being able to sleep is a deal breaker so I will stay elsewhere next time.
