Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Gilbert

I enjoy Hampton Inn’s, it has a warm atmosphere . The breakfast was very nice and the morning person was working really hard. She did a good job. Our check in person was very nice “Sol” I think was the name and anyone that we talked with was helpful.

The only down side was we could hear the freeway traffic most of the evening and early morning.

This hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice also. Do not be scared away because of construction, we did not hear anything . Very friendly staff and breakfast is good !

Clean room, good bed, good shower. Breakfast was ok, starts at 7am. Have a small shop to buy anything you might have forgotten. Staff were quite friendly and also parking was close to the rooms

We stayed here to visit family in Gilbert, and this location ended up being perfect. Easy access to the main roads and freeway without much of the noise. Overall it was a good experience, but there were one or two small problems. We chose a larger studio suite on the top floor, which was large and well-equipped. It even had a small balcony. The mattress was very comfortable, and we slept well. Getting to sleep at first wasn't so easy, though, due to a loud mechanical rumbling coming from the roof above our room. Presumably some kind of large air conditioner or something. Either way, the whole room rumbled and it was distracting. Otherwise, lovely. The staff was kind and helpful, providing a list of restaurants nearby. They had house-made cookies in the market (which were very yummy) and there's even a shuttle to take you places nearby. My big gripe about this stay was that we were very excited to use the jacuzzi as that's one of the reasons we booked the hotel. We found it to be in ill repair and green, hazy condition. I did report this, but never heard back so much as a 'sorry for the inconvenience.' That's why the four rather than five stars. I'll definitely give it another chance, with the hope that they've tended to the hot tub.

The room was immaculate, clean and well organized, friendly staff, comfortable beds. It had everything we needed and a great A/C unit to boot! We will be back.
