The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pools were clean and the indoor pool was very warm. I liked how the gym faced the pool directly to provide supervision if I wanted to work out and let my kid swim while supervising her. The outdoor pool and playground was a plus.

The outdoor furniture could be cleaned more often, the playground should be enclosed since it leads directly to the parking lot. The free breakfast wasn't that great.

I liked the indoor and outdoor pools and the whirlpool. The rooms were also very nice. I enjoyed relaxing in the gazebo too.

Hotel was nice stood there about 3 times clean and polite .my stay as for the weather it rained but the resort was very on point especially for the price.

It rained a lot during our stay…there are solar panels above our room and the rain pounding on the panels made it impossible to sleep

"Family trip"

The location was exactly what I needed. The bedroom was very clean. Front desk was welcoming and friendly 😊 breakfast was appreciated. Samantha was sweet and delivered Xtra towels when we requested them.

Check out on Friday 5/29, was a nightmare trying to stay in bed. My son with special needs was trying to sleep in but your cleaning lady was too loud. Apologize and kept screaming 😱 her Apology meant nothing. I made sure my tip went to the right person Samantha, even if I had to go out of my way to find her.
