TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tucson Airport

Lots of noise early morning. Was charged an extra 20 dollars that I don't know why

Easy airport hotel. Efficient staff. Free shuttle. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Great stay in a clean and comfortable place. The front desk lady was very pleasant to try to find us a room that’s a high floor away from the elevator. Front desk lady was nice and very welcoming. Seems like an updated hotel with kitchen amenities and free breakfast!

We wanted a place close to south Tucson where we went hiking so we picked a place near the airport. We figured a Marriott was a safe bed for comfort and quality. We arrived around 4 pm and dirty towels were still piled in the hallway. The carpet needed cleaning, the couch was stained. The worst part was the cooling/heating. A large vent blew right on the bed and hit our heads. When you put it on 71 degrees it was freezing. Put it on 72 and it was a blast furnace. We had to leave it off all night and discard clothing as we went along. Didn't sleep more than a couple of hours all night.

Close to the airport, good breakfast, clean and friendly staff.

Everything was great with the room. It was quiet in the halls and lobby as well. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were stocked. The only gripe I have is the girl at the front desk wasn't friendly or welcoming. She wasn't necessarily rude, but she definitely wasn't friendly. When I asked her for an extra blanket she gave me the thin sheet like bed spread/topper so I asked for a thicker blanket not a sheet that's for decoration on the bed. She told me they didn't have any extra and gave me another sheet/bed spread and said 2 will work. Why is a big hotel chain like Marriot not sticking extra bedding and supplies? I know they had more she just didn't want to give them out. Hotels have a huge amount of bedding and other supplies. All in all I will be staying at the hotel again.

TownePlace Suites is a great choice near the airport. Our rooms were clean and everyone in our party said that they had a nice stay. We couldn't hear anything and slept well. We enjoyed the large refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, microwave and dishwasher in our room. A coin laundry room is located on the 2nd floor. The pool & BBQ area, outdoor television and fireplace were very nice for an economy hotel. Don't miss the free breakfast and airport shuttle. Our shuttle drivers were excellent. Thank you to Vanessa and Amber at the front desk. You rock!

The rooms are small for a regular room. They are NOT suites. They have a 3/4 size refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and a 2 burner cooktop. Maybe that's why they call it a suite. For us a suite means more space. The staff was very good. Front desk, breakfast and housekeeping did good. The bed sucked and the sofa sleeper was worse (according to our boy). An upgrade of mattresses is needed. A roll our table had 2 broken/missing wheels.
