Our stay at TownePlace Suites was exceptional! The front desk staff was friendly and professional, but the standout was General Manager Vincent Leoni. His personalized service, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were truly remarkable. Vincent sets an incredible example of how to treat customers, making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The day we arrived, we were tired and were greeted at the front desk by Isreal. He had a smile on his face and was so helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed, and each additional time, we went to the desk he was so helpful and continued to have a smile on his face. Breakfast had a variety of selections plus mild, medium, and bold coffee. Our room was very nice and well appointed. It was roomy enough to spend 5 nights in. Housekeeping was every other day, which was convenient. We were at the end of the hall, so the location was very quiet. Parking was sufficient, with parking in front of the building as well as in the back. Always enough spaces when coming back at various times in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it did look nice. The food pantry had a good quantity and selections of snacks, frozen items, and various non alcoholic drinks.
