"Schlechter Service an der Rezeption"

Wir haben an der Rezeption gewünscht unsere Suite zu tauschen, weil die Partygeräusche zu laut waren. Und wurde drei Tage hintereinander gesagt, dass man unseren Wunsch erfüllen wird, es hat aber nie geklappt, weil die Kommunikation innerhalb des Hotel-Teams nicht funktionierte. Die Ausstattung der Suite ist für diesen hohen Preis nichts: veraltet und abgewohnt. Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen.
