We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Local House in Miami Beach! The highlight of this hotel is without a doubt the rooftop — a true hidden gem. The pool area offers stunning views over the ocean and the iconic Art Deco buildings, making it the perfect spot to relax at any time of the day, whether for a morning swim, sunset drinks, or a quiet evening. The location is ideal: just steps away from the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel exclusive. It’s the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility. Our room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really makes a difference and adds to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and great recommendations.

Everything more than absolutely perfect! I don’t go anywhere, just here! 2 or 3 times a Year!

Excellent accommodation just down from the main action on Ocean Drive on corner of 4th. We had a large corner room with balcony (room 3) and could see the ocean through the building gaps. Lovely hosts. Spotlessly clean room and most importantly - very comfortable bedding. Quiet at night.
