Die Lage ist einfach toll. Dicht an dem Art Deco Viertel und trotzdem nicht viel Trubel. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein herrlicher Rückzugsort.

Das Mobiliar ist an der einen oder anderen Stelle abgewohnt und bedarf Reparatur.

Everything! This is the perfect location, quiet yet with easy access to the beach, South Pointe Park which we love and all the fun of Ocean Drive and surrounding streets a short walk away. We loved our room with a balcony and the roof top pool too and this hotel is light, bright and airy and beautifully clean.

Nothing! It’s our favourite place to stay in south beach.

After reviewing this place. It seemed ideal. We love a boutique hotel. The service you get you just don’t at big resorts. The little perks you get make you feel special. This place just missed. Check in was simple. You do it on an iPad. Was weird. But whatever. A woman helped us. Told us about the hotel. The amenities. Our room. She was fantastic. Our room was deluxe king with partial ocean view. It was exactly that. We loved the room. Huge for Miami. So cute. First night was great. Very comfortable bed. But man the pillows stink. Next night we could hear a baby cry. Not hotel fault. But then we could hear our other neighbors talk. So realized it was just paper thin walls. Our shower was leaking and we found some ants so we told the gentleman. He said he would tell housekeeping to get us extra towels as the floor good slippery and to clean the area where we found the ants. Nothing was done. That’s a shame and never happens at a boutique hotel. The beach setup is great. It’s like a block from the beach. They are affiliated with a company who will give you chairs and an umbrella. Awesome. They give you a bag with towels in your room. Also awesome. Location is a 10/10. Restaurant downstairs also awesome. Overall I can see why many love this place. For us it just missed them mark and the lack of service was shocking. If you get a room with neighbors who don’t talk loud and aren’t in the deluxe room you will prob love it.

Wonderful boutique hotel with great staff, close to the action of Miami beach but still in a quiet area. We love the tropical vibe at the hotel and the room was very nice and clean

This is such a wonderful boutique hotel. It's perfectly located right next to the historic art deco district, 2 park area, the ocean front bike/running path. Close to everything but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The rooms are large and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
