They gave me a lovely room. It was clean, comfortable. What more could I ask?

Can't think of anything. When I got back in the evening the door at reception was open. No one was around so I closed it behind me.

Property was close to our destination but that’s about it. First we’re given the wrong room and then moved to a balcony room as requested with filthy chairs and aircon taking up the entire space. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever paid to sleep in. Partner and I were smooshed together into the saggy middle all night. Old stained mugs, no teaspoons, no face cloths. Just a real lack of attention to detail. Split system was so loud it almost drowned out the traffic noise. Paid way too much to stay here, even paid extra for outside car space Never again.

The bed was fairly comfortable. Sheets and towels clean.

The room felt icky and unclean and smelled like cat urine. The level of cleanliness was not ideal. Definitely not 4 stars and not worth what was paid or advertised.

Very lovely staff . Clean property . Good internet . Only issue is that people had a fight on the room next to me and were calling each other names right outside my room’s door . One of them finally left and slammed the door- went to another room , then came out and was knocking the door. All that took place around 01:00 the morning

Pathetic wifi. Lift noise coming through inside the room. Basics like plug point near the bed missing.

Nice size apartment

The door on the bedroom did seem to seal properly and you could clearly hear the traffic like a window was open. Remote didn’t work

Location

The room smelt of cigarettes especially when heating was on. I sprayed with air freshener but it still stunk. As I’m a non smoker it spoilt my stay
