Accessibility for my requirements. The host Peter was so accommodating. He was happy to take the time to share local knowledge. He was very personable which made my stay very pleasant.

Limited undercover parking but regardless of whether parking was undercover or in the open the charge was a flat $15 extra per night. Toaster was supplied but it did not work. No milk - fresh or long life UHT - was provided and their lame excuse was because the milk they had was past its use by date!

Bed was not comfortable at all. Me and my partner had backache for 2 days Moreover, it was 2 beds combined in one, so there was space in between 2 mattress There was no cleaning staff on the weekend. So for throughout the stay, there was no cleaning done

The staff seemed understanding but that’s not enough to overcome the overall stay. Not all rooms are as bad as the one I was stuck in for 3 nights out of my 4 night stay, however knowing that this property has some good and some extremely run down rooms is frustrating and the first one I was given no one should be given until renovated.

Unfortunately my stay was less than satisfactory, there is no soundproofing whatsoever and the noise levels from the highway are extreme even between the hours from 8pm-6am is loud. I was informed that traffic slows and noise level decrease during those times frame but it did not, it felt like trying to sleep in a truck stop!! IMPOSSIBLE!! The bed is old, you can feel the joint down the centre when the two singles are zippered together, then beds on each side dip/sink so low it’s uncomfortable. In addition I chose this property over others as it boasted modern appliances such as washing machine and dryer, travelling for work these are crucial, the dryer was damaged missing the cover and making a clunking bang on every cycle, The tv remote didn’t work and the furniture is all stained or damaged. I really expected more from this properly and the advertising used to showcase some of the rooms is not a current representation of what you get. It is also clear that cleaning is irregular as all vents are lined with dust, both the dryer and the washing machine had filters which were clogged with excessive amounts of gunk, the fire alarm had been covered by a plastic bag and duct tape which made me wonder if an infestation had been present. The coffee machine was dirty. Considering the premium rates charged for the stay, this property really needs to factor in some much needed upgrades.
