USI have lost shoes in the room while am outside of the hotel. I did ask the from desk but didnt get much help. No footage no nothing. just called the security to take the info. am waiting for their response.

USUSUSThe Resort was centrally located and the Unit was very spacious. The valet team was very helpful and courteous!
I expected more staff on the premises, however, the few requests I made were taken care of.
US3 bed 3 bath perfect for 6 adults and two small kids. Front view of the ocean. A pool and sunset. Three pools on property including slide in one plus hot tubs. Walking distance to store, restaurants, coffee ect. Great location. Beach a little better near Black Rock and Napili. Staff great.
A couple minor maintenance issues but nothing serious. Room cleaning upon request.

Very expensive. Could not get into restaurant without an hour wait. Difficult to get into the property. Confusing as to where to sign in. I would not stay here again
USUSThe hotel was spacious and quite clean, with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere — a big plus when traveling with a child. Most of the guests were families with kids, so we felt right at home. There’s a small grocery store on-site and a larger one within a 10–15 minute walk. The property has three pools, each between 1 and 4 feet deep. None ever felt crowded, though we usually returned to our room between noon and 3 p.m. We were provided with a pack-n-play and a high chair, which saved us from bringing our own. And the mountain view? Absolutely beautiful.
We did encounter a few roaches in the kitchen, which was disappointing. The check-in experience was also frustrating. We were told we'd be notified when the room was ready, but that notification never came. Although we arrived about an hour before check-in time, we ended up waiting for over an hour and still couldn't access the room. After several calls with support, we were finally able to check in.

A map of the property would have been helpful before or upon arrival. I was dropped off at the wrong building by my Uber and had to walk with my luggage in the dark and had trouble finding my way to the other building
