Beautiful place Loved the full wall windows that completely open to outside Property is spotless and staff is so friendly and on their game!

Not enough lounge chairs by the pool, but we waited and eventually got 2 together

Direct access to the beach was excellent and snorkeling at the beach, which was really nice - got to see fishes, corals, and a turtle. Amenities were great. Fully equipped kitchen. Had everything including complimentary cooler and 2 beach chairs. Resort has beach towels that are complimentary, too, which was great. Overall, excellent location and value for money, and would recommend!

Partial ocean view was barely a view if you really stretched to get one. However, we got view of the mountains which made up for it. Would run out of hot water fairly quickly and became warm. Washer dryer work but are loud as a heads up

Need more chairs by the pool area

Dukes was great and delicious, and they were able to change our reservation a little later which was helpful. The beach is stunning and there is truly snorkeling right out the door with sea turtles and tropical fish. But be prepared, it is also very crowded and not very wide for people to spread out. Sand goes from very soft to water. (no hard packed sand for walking along the beach as I had hoped). We enjoyed beaches removed from resort area more.

The smell coming from the water treatment plant was terrible and permeated all our rooms the entire time we were there. We could not use our balcony nor open our doors for breeze. This was disappointing as we were very much looking forward to using the lanai. This should be noted when guests are booking those rooms and a discount should apply. It is too much to pay $3,200. for 3 nights and have that negative experience. When I told the front desk she was kind of dismissive and said, "yea, that happens." Also it was too crowded there. I could never get a chair in the shade. The rule of not allowing people to save chairs by the pool for over an hour is certainly not enforced. This needs to be enforced. Also the gym should be expanded. There was no room to do workouts outside of the machines. Also there were only 2 mats and I never was able to use a mat. There should be 10 mats.

It’s well located, the facilities were nice and clean

The staff is not properly trained. I arrived with my family after a long flight asking for my room and they were not helpful with my booking. They just asked me to contact booking as they didn’t have a way to know my room number or code to access the suite. The staff were very rude and they just said this place was not a hotel but a rental property. Just one guy ended us assisting me after I offered a tip and he helped me finding the room and the code to access. Booking never responded to my texts asking for help or gave me any details about my arrival through the app previously to my arrival. We had a really bad time starting our holiday. This should not be happening considering the price you are paying for these luxury villas.
