Azerai Ke Ga Bay

A great place to relax for a few days at the end of a tour. The hotel is well located in a peaceful location on the beach with very chic architecture. The food was excellent with local and western choices. The staff provided friendly and attentive service.

Fantastic hotel set in lush, well kept tropical gardens with multiple swimming pools. Excellent, spacious room (we had no.38) and service was top notch. The pool by the beach was our favourite and great ocean view too. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice including local Vietnamese. We ate dinner in the restaurants both nights and tried the Vietnamese food which was good - suggest the hotel adds a few more local options for dinner too! Julian, the General Manager, gave us a very warm welcome and very friendly throughout our stay as were all staff. Definitely stay again!

The whole place is magical. It's so peaceful and relaxing. The food offering - breakfast, lunch and dinner - is superb and my gluten allergy was so carefully looked after. The team are so hard-working and warm and friendly and attentive. The setting is so beautiful. We spent 10 wonderful days there and have missed it so much. One of the best holidays I've ever had.

The staff in the restaurant is so rude.. I went in to watch afternoon tea, just to watch, not to eat, and received a very tactless answer from the staff, asking to change clothes to serve afternoon tea... so Azerai only serves customers who wear fancy clothes, not regular customers.. please everyone avoid this resort, don't go!!!!!!

We were lucky to stay here in a quiet period between Christmas and the Lunar New Year. We were greeted by the Aussie General Manager of the resort, Julian, on arrival. The resort in a beachfront location next to a fishing village. The resort is beautiful! We travelled with an adult daughter so had 2 very comfortable connecting villas. The spa treatments and food are excellent, as are the staff.

En deilig plass å slappe av i Vietnam. Veldig skjermet og privat, med gode fasiliteter og alltid god plass. Fire av fem stjerner siden badet hadde to sluk med problemer (badekar og dusj), som gjentok seg hele uken, fremfor å bli fikset skikkelig. De ansatte er flinke, men trenger litt mer opplæring, og det er ikke deres feil. Alle ansatte, fra gartnere til servitører er veldig høflige og serviceinnstilte. Utnytt mulighetene på plassen; gå langs stranden uten å bli plaget av andre, slapp av ved bassenget uten å bekymre deg for at noen har tatt solsengen din før frokost.

Highly recommend this resort. Great food and service. Tranquil and quiet location. The room/villa is very well maintained, good water pressure, nice amenities, private and beautifully designed. General Manager Julian Moore is the best GM ever. He is always around to make sure everything is excellent.

Very comfortable room & facilities. They gave me special birthday cake & offer cookies, snack all free. They offer me a room with a pool at back door (3 bungalows share 1 pool) great to enjoy like private pool villa.

The gyms small & breakfast/ dinner not as good as high level of 5 stars hotel.
