Azerai Ke Ga Bay

We had the most wonderful, memorial stay at the Azerai Ke Ga Bay. A beautiful resort that has a very calming feel. We stayed in pool villa 57, it was a spacious, bright room which was immaculate. We were very well looked after from start to finish by the really lovely attentive staff and the General Manager Julian. We loved all the food especially the fresh fish of the day, it was so delicious! The main large stunning swimming pool is right next to a long sandy beach with sensational views of the sea and Ke Ga. We would highly recommend Azerai Ke Ga Bay, it was truly lovely.

The hotel is very nice and has an amazing beach front pool. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The food is very nice and the manager makes everyone feel welcomed.

The location isn’t great, there is absolutely nothing to do. While the hotel is new and the rooms are very nice, when you look closer it looks like the building work was rushed and not done to high quality.

The property is beautiful if you just want to relax and do nothing. The layout and design is lovely. The food was nice but the menu is very limited and with no other options outside the hotel after 2 days felt needed more choice. The Vietnamese food is much better than the western options. Breakfast very nice and afternoon tea a nice touch.

However for kids very limited- the kids club is just a room with a few old toys in it and no staff in there. Some of the water sports equipment needs replacing such as the catamaran where the sail is ripped. Same with pool table- the ques all need new tips as old. Would be good to have some fixed activities at certain times that the kids could join even if it was just something like an organised beach volleyball game. However the karaoke from the village is very loud- the manager did offer to move us rooms which was appreciated but the layout of alternative room would not have suited our family. No options for other things to do close to the hotel so very much a place to stay put once arrive and therefore why hotel needs more variety re food and activities.

The room is very spacious, and the infinity swimming pool has one of the best view to the lighthouse. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

This is my third time stayed in this lovely hotel. The first time was 11 yrs ago, and last time was 7 yrs ago. I came back because it was the most relaxing, quiet and beautiful resort in VN, and it’s still a lovely resort after these years. Some changed if compared to years ago, but the changes for better. I really missed and wishing the row of coconut trees along the beach in front of the hotel’s beach still there. I later learned that due to the storms hitting the beach badly and it knocked down all the coconut trees. I think, the management should bring back those trees. The staffs have new faces but all are wonderful. The foods are great. Julian Moore the new manager came around in the morning to say hello the guests was very nice gestures. The room is nice and spacious. The main swimming pool expanded in size, so it’s larger now. And few smaller swimming pools scattering around the resorts were still like brand new ! I will definitely be back whenever I’m in KeGa for sure.

A beautiful resort located on the beach with an infinity pool right on the beach. Lush green grounds and wonderful people. The rooms are light and spacious (ours had a private pool. Wonderful food in the restaurant and delightful staff, especially Tu, the restaurant manager.

Due to strong winds, we cut short our stay at the Six Senses Hotel Con Dao after just one night and, based on our positive experiences at the Azerai Can Tho Hotel, we booked the Azerai Ke Ga Bay, which belongs to the same group. Six nights in a pool villa cost us less than one night at the Six Senses. The resort is very spacious with a beautiful architecture. The pool villa is comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with a wide selection of local and international dished. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and are always going the extra mile. The various pools are generous in size. The beach is wide and relatively gently sloping, though not very well-maintained. We felt very comfortable during the six days and will be back when traveling again to Vietnam.

We have just returned from a blissful, 5 day break in Azerai Ke Ga Bay. We travelled as a family of 2 adults with 3 children (9 - 15 years old) and we were nervous before our arrival that the resort would not be family friendly - how wrong we were. Given its substantial size and variety of different areas, the resort caters well for both couples, and families alike, and we all had the most amazing time. We were equally worried that the kids would get bored, but no chance of that!! Whilst the surrounding areas are not very pretty, the resort itself is gorgeous and set on a beautiful view with never-ending views - once we had arrived and settled in, we did not leave the resort for the full 5 days of our stay, and nor did we feel the need to leave the resort - why would you when you are in such a beautiful environment!! The food is fantastic (albiet the menu is a little bit limited) and the staff were great and very accommodating. The resort has a new GM (Julian) who is extremely amiable and has some wonderful ideas for how to take Azerai Ke Ga Bay to the next level. Only 2 very minor points I would cite for improvement, but neither of which impacted our experience: 1. The turn-down service was not very professional / thorough. Literally just plonking a chocolate on your pillow and turning down your sheets (rather than giving the room a quick once over and dimming the lights etc.) 2. The resort could do a better job of advertising the facilities and experiences it offers it guests - there is a huge variety of water-sports available for example, but these are not obvious to guests. We only discovered these on our last day, by which time it was too late to take advantage of them. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever! I would rate Azerai Ke Ga Bay on the same level as Aman / Six Senses / Four Seasons, but without the prices! We loved it and will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. The personnel was very good, great hospitality like in Azerai La Residence. Very good.

The area around the hotel, especially the beach, is not very clean. This is very unfortunate, as it detracts from the great location. Also, there are hardly any other restaurants in the nearby village, so you are almost limited to eating in the hotel. However, this becomes very monotonous in the long run. But at least the hotel is trying to remedy this.

This 5 star resort has everything it promises. Fantastic location, weather the best. The staff was helpful beyond belief. Rooms including the bedding was as good as can be. Food some of the best on our trip. My favorite server was a young girl who was 4 months pregnant with a baby girl.
