Excellent location by the airport, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable rooms. A shuttle bus available to take you to and from airport, as well as to close by restaurants. Very nice.

On my second stay here, well maintained and Super friendly and also very helpful staff. Very close to the Airport so handy if you work around here. Not so good if you want to go to down town Monterrey as it is 30mins away but excellent for what it is.

Everything was great, for the exception that the shuttle was not well organized..Tried to out my self on the agenda but they told me that I did not need one...Then When the shuttle arrive the van was full, they told us that they would be back in 10 minutes, but they came back 20 minutes later...good thing my flight was a few minutes late...

The hotel was comfortable, staff friendly and they had a nice lounge and nice spots to relax in the hotel in the evenings. The room was nice, well maintained, clean. Staff ensured the room remained clean. Tv channels were limited for english viewing. The window was facing another hotel, so views were not that great.
