Didn’t like the shuttle only working 5am-10pm and having to take a Uber for a property advertised by Expedia having a shuttle service and no time limits. Didn’t like noisy AC system and overall lack of noise insulation from neighbors and overhead flights.

Ice machine not working. No cups for coffee inside the room. AC working intermittently. Staff visited and fixed but second day same situation.

"Stuffy room in dire need of maintenance"

The hotel is in bad maintenance. The carpet border was coming off the wall. The entire room felt stuffy and smelled of dirty carpet. The climate control was not working (room overheated) and the windows locked up, even though the design of them was meant to be openable. The staff and service was very good, I can't complain about that.
