"Not an international hotel."

The breakfast is not good. Not good choices if western food. They charge you extra for a cappuccino. This is ridiculous.

Always a pleasure to stay here, the center lounge with music is a great way to unwind , the health club is first rate and the 25 yard pool is always clean

"Great start to main land China"

This was my first time to main land China, and having a nice hotel made things a lot easier. My emails are on Gmail server and they worked fine in this hotel. Everything in the hotel is fine except that I noticed some loud music starting around 2200hrs. I put some ear plugs in and it didn't bother me enough to ask to move rooms.

"Deluxe suite upgrade worthwhile"

The deluxe suite upgrade was a very nice space, especially considering the discounted price. Atypically good selection of English television channels at this hotel. The revolving restaurant did not revolve. The buffet there was okay but not comparable to much better buffets in Shenzhen/Guangdong. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the spa services. Although the listed service offerings were quite substantial, it was not possible to even get a facial as "that woman did not come to work". Not much of a spa in reality. There was absolutely no food available in the afternoon, not even bar food. All the restaurants were closed and there is no store with snack foods.

I always stay here if I have to overbite for flights in of or out of SZX. Great service, super comfortable and spotless rooms. The Japanese restaurant is a gem.

"Very Convenient to airport."

This is a great place to stay when flying into Shenzhen (SZX) in China. A short taxi ride from the airport. The breakfast buffet had a lot of offerings no matter what you tend to eat for breakfast. The room was spacious. My room did smell slightly smokey even though it was a non-smoking room.

"June Shenzhen 2016"

I have stayed here 25 or 30 times and really like it --- in spite of the fact that the hotel is showing wear. I would strongly recommend that the hotel start a good maintenance program. Great amenities and pretty good food.
