Hampton Inn & Suites Grafton

Nice hotel, person wasn't always at front desk, you had to wait for her to come out from the back (twice). I wish the showers were updated as they looked the oldest. Also I didnt realize there was a thermostat on wall for the heat. I walked over to the old radiator on wall and the cover fell off when I opened the flap and it looks like the whole unit is coming loose from the wall. Details are everything when I pay a lot of money for a hotel room. This needs to be repaired.

Excellent customer service! Great breakfast! Wonderful location! We stayed here with a basketball team over the holidays and we couldn’t have been happier with this hotel!! Nice pool area, large breakfast gathering space in lobby area. Very accommodating and helpful!! Plenty of breakfast options. Also coffee, tea hot chocolate available all day was great! Definitely recommend this hotel!

What a wonderful 2 nights my sister and I had here. We love the location as we had easy access to Cedarburg, Port Washington and Grafton shops. I also want to praise the complimentary breakfast. Delicious, much variety and a different hot menu each morning. We will stay here again. All staff were wonderful. Super clean.

I thought everyone was friendly and helpful. We had on problem with the draining of the bathtub and they took care of it immediately. Great place to stay!

This Hotel makes you feel at home ! The Management Staff is Tops ! Their Staff is Super ! The Hotel and Grounds are Spotless ! Absolutely No Worries Here ! They have a Awesome Breakfast Every Day and even Cookies in the Evening!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and good humored. I appreciated how helpful they were.
