Hampton Inn & Suites Grafton

Second time staying at this property. Will be back. Great place, location, still has that new sense.

Extremely loud and boisterous wedding party on floor above our room. Kept us awake until 4 am. Finally called front desk and it quieted down enough that got a couple hours sleep. Not happy camper.

We love to stay at this place. Great check in staff. Love the 2 restaurants near it. We always walk to them. Ghost town pub and restaurant and Water street brewery was yummy.

Beautiful property, and not far from shopping, dining, downtown Grafton, and Cedarburg!

Good experience. Very good breakfast selection. Room was quiet. Clean hottub and room. Friendly as always. Will stay at Hampton in the future. Good location off of highway. Gave us water bottles when we needed them. We arrived late sand they had our room ready real nice.

The property needs a up date desperately, there were no exhaust system in bathroom, the carpet smelled like feet.

Clean facility friendly staff

Check in was slow but the staff was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, temperature and obvious good care of the pool and hot tub. For a value priced hotel, these were the best I have seen in years and made my stay so relaxing after a long day's work.

Staff was wonderful. Hotel was great. For some reason, we could not get into the pool area with our hotel key.
