Fairfield Inn & Suites Chattanooga I-24/Lookout Mountain

I love that it's close to lookout mountain! Staff are super friendly and helpful! It's a great spot to stay in if your in the Chattanooga area!

This place was disgusting. We stopped here on our way back from Florida to Ohio. It seemed like a convenient location. There was a young, cute girl working the front desk and she was very pleasant and tried to be helpful but she didn't seem to know much about the area. She was very accommodating and put us on the 3rd floor looking out at the mountain. It was a small room and was quite outdated. The carpet was worn and there were stains in the bathtub. The big problem was when we pulled the sheets back and saw "hairs" in the bed. Then we noticed several "blood" stains on the mattress. We immediately asked for a different room which she accommodated and it turned out to be much better. It was on the second floor directly below the other room, and the furnishing were also outdated and the bathtub had the same stains as the first room. Then at 6am the next morning there was a tremendous amount of noise coming from the room above us. It sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. The "free" breakfast was fine, typical hotel fare.

28th wedding anniversary trip with wife to visit Chattanooga and Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway and Rock City.

Beautiful views, clean rooms

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we were not informed and there was no signage informing us they do not clean the rooms daily. A card in the room encourages guests to reuse their towels, but they can get them replaced by placing them on the floor. I guess this explains why we saw other rooms placing their used towels and trash outside their doors. Upon checkout I asked about this and was told they only clean the rooms every 3 days.

Great stay, good beds, clean rooms and bathrooms. We were a little hesitant after reading some previous reviews. I had asked if we could check out the room before we checked in because of a review and Janae graciously took me to show me the room and it was perfect. The breakfast was good, our check out was easy. We had left a pill organizer and they called right away to let us know in case we needed to turn around and come pick it up. This place is great, don’t let the previous reviews stop you from staying here. Glad we stayed! Thank you Janae and staff!

This Fairfield in has a beautiful view! It's on a hillside and the view of the mountains is very nice. We were here for just one night, but enjoyed our stay. It was clean and safe and we would definitely stay hete again.
