Great staff always go over and beyond, beautiful property, best place to stay on phi phi islands. Traveled all over Thailand by far most beautiful beach. Highly recommended.

Best staff! Everyone is well trained with a big smile. The hotel is very environmentally responsible. There are bugs and tropical creatures OUTSIDE your room which comes with being in the tropics. I recommend you bring DEET for the mosquitoes when you are outside (i.e. dinner time, there are no indoor restaurants at the hotel or close by). The food is amazing. I highly recommend this property.

Our second time at zeavola. Paradise hidden away. Loved the nature feel of the resort and the traditional zen setting of the villas. We will visit again for sure. It has the best private beach too :)

Love the setting in lush gardens by a beautiful beach and turquoise sea, the villas with open-plan, A/C and al-fresco shower, the quality of breakfast and access to gym and snorkelling equipment. Need to tighten up level of staff service at breakfast and dinner - generally friendly with a couple of exceptions (for better and worse), but we had a poor meal one evening when it seemed that all the main chefs were occupied supervising the Asian Buffet.

This property its beautiful. We loved having the outdoor shower and rest area. Bedrooms are really comfortable and we never felt unsafe. Staff is super friendly but sometimes service can be slow. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. You will encounter a lot of bugs in the sandy hallways but it didn't bother us knowing we where in an island. The hotel is not modern but it is very clean and comfortable.

"Leave the normal world "

This place is where you get full nature experience the food was fabulous the fellow lion was wonderful literally walked us through entire hotel bring bug spray but really it’s not bad at all this is where you find yourself stay at 16!-)
